How many retractable ratchet straps are included?
The package includes two pre-assembled retractable ratchet strap units—one for the left side and one for the right side of the Maverick truck bed.
How long and wide is each strap?
Each polyester strap extends approximately 9 feet. The listed strap size is 3.2 meters long and 47 millimeters wide.
How does the automatic retraction work?
Release the ratchet tension according to the operating instructions, keep control of the hook, and guide the webbing back toward the housing. The internal reel automatically stores the strap without requiring manual rolling.
Should I let the hook retract freely?
No. Hold the hook and guide the strap during retraction. Allowing the metal hook to snap back uncontrolled can damage the truck bed, the ratchet housing, nearby cargo, or the strap guide.
